Draft: pending legal review

These terms are a draft prepared by the product team. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by counsel. The company details, governing law and courts are set during legal review, and these terms take effect only after that approval.

In short

  • Aiscovery is a service for businesses. Only add stores you own or are allowed to test.
  • Site checks are included. AI agent runs use credits; a run that fails because of us uses none.
  • AI agents and Ask Aiscovery can be wrong. Results describe what happened in one run, not how every AI product will treat your store.
  • 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Cancel any time in Manage billing.

This agreement

These terms are an agreement between Not set yet: legal entity name, registered in Not set yet: country of registration, at Not set yet: registered address ("Aiscovery", "we" or "us"), and the business or organization that creates a workspace or buys a plan ("you").

They apply when you create an Aiscovery account, buy a plan, use the Aiscovery dashboard or use this website. By accepting them at checkout or when you create an account, you confirm that you can accept them for your business. Each person who uses your workspace must follow them too.

Aiscovery is a business service. You must use it for your business, not as a consumer.

Words we use

  • Workspace: your organization's space in Aiscovery, with its team, stores and results.
  • Store or website: a website you add to your workspace to be tested.
  • Site check: an automated read of a website's public pages by our checker, AiscoveryAudit.
  • Agent run: one attempt by a named AI agent to complete a task on your store, such as finding a product and its price.
  • Credits: the units agent runs use, as shown on our pricing page.
  • Ask Aiscovery: the assistant in the dashboard that answers questions about your results.
  • Output: results, verdicts, step logs, screenshots, fixes, reports and Ask Aiscovery answers.

The service

Your plan includes the features listed for it on our pricing page when you buy. Features marked "Coming later" are plans, not promises. We add them to the plans named there when they are released, but we don't guarantee a date or that a planned feature will ship.

Our checker identifies itself as AiscoveryAudit. It reads public pages of your website at most one page per second and follows your robots.txt. It never logs in, submits forms, adds to cart or pays. A single check is limited in how many pages, how much time and how much data it uses.

Agents that run in our browser load your public pages through the same identified checker. They stop before login, account pages, cart, checkout, payment and any form that sends data. Our Acceptable Use and Responsible Testing Policy has the full rules.

Aiscovery is a young product. We may change or remove features. If we remove a feature your plan includes, we tell you at least 30 days before, and you may cancel. Aiscovery Scout, our own agent, is offered to launch partners on separate terms.

Accounts and workspaces

Each person needs their own account with a verified email. Keep your password safe, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

A workspace has an owner, and may have admins and members. Owners and admins manage billing, team members, websites and automatic checks. You are responsible for what the people you invite do in your workspace.

Give us accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.

Authorization to test

By adding a website, you confirm that you are authorized to have this site tested. This means you own or operate the website, or the owner or operator has allowed you to have it tested by a service like Aiscovery.

When someone in your workspace turns on automatic checks for a website, you allow us to run site checks on that website's public pages now and on your plan's schedule while your plan is active, as described in the consent text shown when you turn them on. You can pause or turn off automatic checks at any time in the dashboard.

When you start an agent run, you confirm the same authorization for that store and task.

We rely on your confirmation. If the owner or operator of a website objects to our checks or asks to opt out, we may stop checking that website at once, for every customer, and we tell you if this affects your workspace.

You will not ask us to check a website you are not authorized to have tested.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use and Responsible Testing Policy. In short: test only stores you are allowed to test, don't try to make our checker or agents get around protections or reach private pages, don't put real personal or payment data into tasks, and don't misuse results or the service.

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

Plans and credits

Each plan includes a number of stores, credits a month and Ask Aiscovery questions a day, as shown on our pricing page when you buy. Site checks, the fix list, reports and retests of site-check fixes don't use credits, within fair use of 2 site checks a day per store.

Each agent run uses the credits shown for its agent type on the pricing page. A run reserves its credits when it starts. If it fails because of us, for example our browser, our network, a model provider outage or our time limit, it uses no credits. A run that reaches a verdict uses its credits. We don't retry runs automatically, and running a task again uses credits again.

Plan credits reset at the start of each billing month and don't roll over. Credit packs are one-time purchases; their credits last 12 months and are used after your plan credits. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred to another workspace.

When your credits run out, agent runs stop until your credits reset or you add a pack. Site checks keep working. We never charge you automatically for extra runs.

Fees, billing and taxes

Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider, Stripe. They renew automatically until cancelled. Stripe's own terms also apply to your payment.

Prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout, in US dollars. We may change the price for future billing periods. We tell you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.

Prices exclude taxes. Where we must collect tax, Stripe calculates it at checkout from your billing details, and business customers with a valid tax ID may account for it themselves under the reverse charge rules. Not set yet: VAT or tax registration, or none

If a payment fails, we email you and Stripe retries it. If it is still unpaid after 7 days, checks and agent runs stop and automatic checks are turned off. After you pay, an owner or admin can turn them back on.

Money-back guarantee, refunds and cancelling

14-day money-back guarantee. If Aiscovery isn't useful for you, email support@aiscovery.io within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.

Cancel any time in Manage billing. Checks stop at the end of your billing period. Your results and reports stay available to read for 12 months.

Renewals are not refunded, except when a fault on our side stopped the service for your workspace for more than 7 days in a row. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy has the full rules, including credit packs, refunds after a bank dispute and how long a refund takes.

AI output and results

Agent runs use AI models made by other companies, such as OpenAI and Google. AI models can misread a page, take a wrong step or give a wrong answer, and the same task can turn out differently on another day. Ask Aiscovery can be wrong too.

A result describes what our checker or an agent observed in one run at a point in time, and what we tested. It doesn't guarantee how any AI company's crawler, agent, model or search product will treat your store. "Not tested yet" means we don't know. AI crawler rules show what your robots.txt declares, not what any crawler actually does. An AI check of a task result can only confirm or flag what we found; it never turns a failed check into a pass.

Check output before you rely on it, especially before you change your store, and don't treat it as legal, security or accessibility advice. Model and product names belong to their owners, and we aren't endorsed by them.

Your data

You own your data: the websites you add, your team's details, your tasks, your fix notes and your reports. You give us permission to use it only to provide, secure and improve the service for you.

We don't sell your data, use it to train AI models, or combine it with other customers' data without your permission. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data.

Where we process personal data for you, our Data Processing Addendum applies and forms part of these terms.

Our intellectual property

We own Aiscovery, our methodology, report templates and software. You may use output we produce for your stores for your business, including sharing it with your team, agencies and advisers.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

Resources on this website are general information. Links to other sites remain subject to their owners' terms.

Confidentiality

Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for this service. This doesn't cover information that is public through no fault of the receiving side, that it already had or developed on its own, or that the law requires it to disclose.

What we promise, and what we don't

We provide Aiscovery with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the service and its output are provided as they are, without other promises, for example that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that output will be correct or fit a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for lost profits, revenue, sales or data, or for indirect or consequential losses. Each side's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.

These limits don't apply to your payment obligations, to your responsibilities under Authorization to test, or to anything that can't be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

You will cover our reasonable costs and losses from claims by others that arise because you had a website tested without authorization or broke our Acceptable Use and Responsible Testing Policy.

Suspension and ending the service

You can stop using Aiscovery at any time by cancelling your plan and, if you want, deleting your workspace.

We may suspend or end the service for a workspace that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, fails to pay, or when the law requires it. Where we can, we warn you first.

When the service ends, sections that by their nature should continue, such as liability, confidentiality and law, continue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We tell you at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change applies. The date at the top shows when these terms last changed.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Not set yet: governing law. The courts of Not set yet: courts for disputes have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them, unless the law gives you a right to go to another court.

Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to solve the problem together.

General

  • If a separate signed agreement, such as a launch partner agreement, conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins. For personal data, the Data Processing Addendum wins over these terms.
  • You may not transfer these terms without our written consent. We may transfer them to a company that takes over our business, and we will tell you.
  • If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right at once, we can still enforce it later.
  • Neither side is responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control.
  • We send notices by email to the workspace owner, or in the dashboard. You send notices to support@aiscovery.io.
  • These terms are written in English, and the English version applies.
