These terms cover access to the public Aiscovery website, resources, waitlist and launch-partner application. Separate written terms will apply to any partner pilot, paid service, authenticated product or audit engagement.
Using the public content does not create a customer, advisory or professional-services relationship.
Private-beta requests
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a response date or a place in the private beta. A partner application does not guarantee acceptance and does not authorize Aiscovery to test a website.
Public pricing is not available. Any pilot scope, permissions, commercial terms, data handling and publication rights must be agreed separately in writing.
Acceptable use
Visitors may use the site for lawful evaluation, research and communication about Aiscovery. They must not interfere with the service, bypass security, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person or apply on behalf of a website they are not authorized to represent.
Automated access must respect published robots instructions, security boundaries and reasonable request rates.
Content, sources and intellectual property
Aiscovery owns or licenses the site design, original copy, methodology summaries and brand materials unless a source is identified. Primary-source links remain subject to their publishers' terms.
The resources are general information, not legal, security, accessibility or other professional advice. Technical standards and vendor products can change after the stated review date.
Availability and external links
The public site may change, pause or contain errors. External links are provided for context; Aiscovery does not control their availability, content or privacy practices.
No guarantee is made that a specific agent, model, browser or search system will access, rank, cite or successfully operate a website.
Liability and governing terms
Final warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity language, governing law and dispute forum are intentionally not supplied by this implementation draft. They require advice based on the approved legal entity and launch markets.
This section must be replaced by reviewed terms before the approval flag is enabled.
Changes and contact
The reviewed terms should state when changes take effect and how material updates are communicated. The review date above must change whenever the public terms change.
