## What a credit buys

Agents differ in how much model time a run takes, so they use different amounts of credits. Everything else is free.

## Pricing questions

**Q: What happens when I run out of credits?**

A: Agent runs stop until your credits reset at the start of the next month or you add a credit pack. Site checks and your fix list keep working. We never charge you automatically for extra runs.

**Q: Can I run a task again?**

A: Yes. Running an agent task again uses the same credits as the first run. Retesting a site-check fix is free.

**Q: Do I lose credits when a run fails?**

A: Only when the run reaches a verdict about your store or the agent. If it fails because of our browser, our network or a provider outage, the credits come back automatically.

**Q: Do unused credits roll over?**

A: Monthly credits reset each month. Credit packs last 12 months and are used after your monthly credits.

**Q: Can I change plans?**

A: Yes, any time. Write to us or use Manage billing in your workspace, and we move you to the plan that fits.

**Q: Is there a money-back guarantee?**

A: Yes. If Aiscovery isn't useful for you, email support@aiscovery.io within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.

Cancel any time in Manage billing. Checks stop at the end of your billing period. Your results and reports stay available to read for 12 months.
